Sujani is the Co-Founder and Director of Srini Infotech Pvt Ltd. She is a graduate in Microbiology and learned software technologies from Austin Community College, Texas, USA. She is one of the few selected members for entrepreneurship program from IIM Bangalore.
She is responsible for stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation for new features, documenting business process workflows, mentoring teams with change management processes, tracking team performance and work to ensure quality deliverables, generating quality reports, volume trends and other key performance indicators.
Along with handling the responsibilities of a Co-Founder, she initiated Extend Your Store, a project that develops e-commerce websites for mom-and-pop businesses to help upscale their business at an affordable price. She collaborates with clients for any new features and customization on their IT.
She also takes the Human resources responsibilities and recruits the right talent for the company. She also looks after the company day to day responsibilities.
